Professional and pleasant
We have been planning a trip with Bravo Indochina Tours for the past few weeks. 3 girlfriends and I are traveling to Thailand in January. We started looking at big bus trips, since we don’t know the country or language but didn’t like the restrictions of doing only what they had on their itinerary. I research trips thoroughly and discovered Bravo Indochina Tours. Again, I researched them as much as possible but didn’t find any red flags so started working with Allison. What a wonderful experience! She is very professional and pleasant. She adjusted our itinerary, answered all questions and organized an amazing trip. She answered promptly. I was a little hesitant working with a company in China, but the deposit was made through PayPal which made me feel better. I will post again when we return, but I anticipate a fabulous trip. Thank you, Allison, for all your help! I hope I can work with you again in the future
